Hi Geoff, I have a faint recollection of Kelvin telling me that it's a good idea to put two washers under the banjo fitting on the outlet side. This prevents it from touching the pump housing when you tighten the bolt. Might take a look at that. I looked under lots of CBBs when I was preparing to replace a Midget pump, that a PO had installed on my '69 B, with the correct pump. Most of them showed signs of fuel seepage at the fittings.
