Prothane or Energy Suspension???

Time has come to change my rear leafs. I noticed that the side clearance on 
the left rear tire was to close for doing any hard driving. I plused 1 the 
wheels this past January. I was looking for some input on which Bushing type 
to use when I redo my springs. Does any one have a thought on the two types 
mentioned. Thanks!!
