Yes Enrique,
Prince of Darkness again.
Check the grounds in the rear section. I think most of the mentioned lamp
grounds come together, so the show you have on your car is quite obvious.
As you have so many problems in the electrical area I suggest to do a real
thorough job on this throughout the complete car.
Replace all interconnecting stuff on the bullet connectors.
Check all bullet connectors for being clean and check for loose solder
connections.
Check ALL ground contacts including those under the dash. Remove all rust
and refit.
O.K. it's quite some work, but I think very rewarding.
Good luck!
Cheers,
Hans

Subject: Blinking license plate lights
Hi list, I am slowly figuring out my Lucas shorts and bad grounds. I have a
strange problem that seems to be related to a single cause.
1. Slow blinker
2. Licence plate lights blink with the turn signals?
3. The Green Red cable that comes out of the front left turn signal does
not carry power to the rear blinker even though though there is continuity
between the red and green red cables in the FL turn signal?
All else seems to work fine. Thanks for any input. Enrique
