Symptom was rear drum brake on 'A' locking at low speeds with little pedal
pressure. Resolved by turning drum the least amount possible and now after
@ 100 miles I am convinced that the problem has gone away.

Now, if I can just get the front carb to quit leaking from the jet. Third
assembly tonight after soaking glands in oil overnight to 'prepare' them for
gasoline. Any other tricks for jet assembly on an H4 to ensure no leaking?
