Clip on a timing light (all leads) and look at it while you are cranking to
see if you have HT. After a bit of cranking with no start whip out a plug
and give it a look and a sniff. You should be able to smell petrol but it
should not be sopping wet., if it is you have flooded it. If it is dry with
no petrol smell it is fuel.
