19th Annual Skagit Valley Tulip Rallye and Tour
Saturday, April 15 - Early car show 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Cascade Mall in
Burlington. Tour and rallye ending at Hillcrest Park in Mount Vernon, with
car show 2 to 4:30 p.m. Sports and special interest cars on display at both
locations. $8 (US) preregistration or $10 day of rallye to join in on rallye.
