Lucas fog lenses

Hello:
I am looking for lenses for my rectangular Lucas fog lamps (about 5" high as
measured from bumper) on my '69 MGB
GT. I think the lamps are original (but optional) equipment. The lenses are
both badly cracked and I would like to replace them. Does anyone here know
where one can purchase these?

Also any suggestions about halogen lamp power levels to use for the fogs?
