Regarding Prestige Auto Trim...

I can't speak to their seat kits, but I just bought a Mohair boot cover
from Prestige and the quality is outstanding.  The hardware was pre-
installed and it fit perfectly.  I spoke with a helpful chap named Danny.

They only use UPS Express Air to the states and it isn't cheap (£25
for a boot or tonneau).

As far as exchange rates go, I used Mastercard and the exchange rate
was ~$1.62 per £.
