Perlease!!! The MG Car Company!
Alchemy haven't 'bought' Rover, they have been given it with BMW writing off
all their losses.
They intend to continue to sell the current Rover n5 series but not replace
it, nor proceed with the R30. They also intend to continue to produce the
old Mini and the MGF. Future developments will be true to the MG heritage,
the man said.
BMW seem to be keeping only new Mini, even selling off Land Rover, possibly
to Ford or GM, probably to recoup their losses on Rover (currently
UKP2billion).
