Sorry, Dave, your math went the wrong way! $25 is presently about 15 pounds,
65 pence.
Your petrol is still a lot more expensive than our gasoline, but then your
government gets away with charging much higher taxes on road fuels than we
have over here. (And let's not try and calculate the cost of your fuel,
which is sold by the liter, into English gallons, which are 25% larger than
US gallons, and then compare it to our cost per gallon. That math is even
harder than getting the exchange rate to go the right way!)
