This would be easier if we knew which car.  In later Midgets the res. screws 
onto the MC with 2 (I think?) machine screws and a small gasket.  I'd suggest 
you buy a Midget, but I'm prejudiced.

Please add your car in your .sig file so it posts whenever you have a 
question.
