You went to Chicago in January???...On PURPOSE?!?!
In my industry (photographic retail and labs), we always have our big
convention and trade show in February, and for many, many years it was always
held in Chicago. One day, someone said, "It's cold in Chicago in February,
why don't we try Vegas?" The convention was moved to Vegas and now it is
held two years there and two years in another southern city, then back to
Vegas for two. We finished a stint in New Orleans, now one more year in
Vegas (Feb 3-6, 2000) and on to Orlando.
Try Vegas next time. Lots of good LBC possibilities there, too.
