I'm about to buy an imported (from the US, California) 1965 MG Midget from a
local dealer in the Netherlands....The original plate was "1MCA491", car ID
number on the title = GAN3L38307. Could you please help me to find out if
the plate belonged to this car and if it is not registered as stolen in the
US?
