I was going to suggest the same thing, except that he mentioned the
"dreaded clonk" at the right rear, leading me to deduce a bad spline hub.
I think Eric previously mentioned price as an obstacle as well, which I
can well believe. Those things aren't cheap. But still, you'd think the
knockoffs would be cool -- imagine endurance racing pit stops! Flailing
hammers! And you'd think the centerlock wheels would be both stiffer and
lighter than steel wheels... and you could go "plus 1" and take advantage
of those sticky 60 series tires.
