Another Automobile related but Not LBC

Chap walks up to the entrance of a night-club in an open-necked shirt.
Bouncer puts a meaty hand in the middle of his chest and says "You can't
come in here without a (neck)tie."  Chap goes back to his car, rummages
around but the only thing he can find is a pair of jump-leads.  With a bit
of effort he fashions these into something looking like a tie and goes back
to the club.  "Will this do?"  he asks the bouncer.  "Well, OK, but don't
start anything!"
