Next time you run into a prob where they've shiupped you the wrong part, ask the to issue a call tag (that's what UPS calls it): that way the company you bought the part from pays to have it picked up at your door and be shipped back. If they agree that they messed up, they shouldn't demur on the call tag. One way to find out how straight they are from the get-go. CR |
