Hello MG folks,

It's been a while since I have posted. I've been a member of the list
for several years and have been reduced to a lurker for the past couple.
With the trials of life and work and such, I have ignoring my car for a
while, but now I've gotten back to it.

The car is a 64 pull handle B and is completely striped to a bare shell
which I have taken to bare metal and now have in primer. The finishing
body work is going well and I am thinking about paint. I would like to
stay with original colors for the 64. Therefore, Clausager and others
show me that my options are black, tartan red, a BRG, Iris blue, old
english white and Chelsea gray.

While I am trying to do a perfect job on the body work, but it will
never be good enough for black and for that matter I would like to be
able to see oil leaks etc. The shows that I have attended seem to be a
parking lot of BRG, I don't just want to folow the crowd, nix the BRG.
Red is typical sports car color and screams "Give me a speeding ticket!"
That leaves blue, white and Chelsea grey. Clausager has examples of the
blue and white but not the grey.

Does anyone have an example of the grey on a web site? or maybe an idea
if this color was dropped because it was ugly? Is it primer color? (it
would be ashame to have done all of this work to end up with a car that
is perminately in primer!)

Thank you for any suggestions and opinions.
