No, it did not hit the ground!  The rear axle got caught on one of the
forks, and that is all that was hold it until a massive rescue mission
was assumed moments later.

Forklift operator identity is concealed!  Those of you that know how or
rather where I obtained this photo, do not say a word ;-)  I just found it
funny, and thought now that I finally developed it I would scan it.
