Your question regarding the speedometer is one that we have all dealt with at some point or another. The suggestion to replace the cable and housing was a valid one but a cheaper solution might be to simple remove the cable and lubricate it with a light coat of lubriplate or Vaseline. If the cable is stretched or damaged this probably won't help much but like chicken soup, sure won't hurt anything. Dave |
