There used to be available a "static discharge" strap made of high carbon
rubber that was attached to the chassis and would make contact with the
ground when the vehicle came to a stop. Haven't seen them in years though.
You might try an established ( read old) auto parts place that has a back
room. Alternatively, you could use a drag chain :) :).
