Hi KC,
1 Check if the lamps on the RH are of the same value at the LH.
Furtheron check all interconnecting bullet connectors etc. for poor
contacts.
replace brittle ones wich don't keep the bullets firmly.
Clean all contacts - don't forget the inside contacts in the lamp unit
itself as well.
2 I assume you mean the bullets. These have to be soldered.
3 Don't know this. Checking parts manuals may help.
