hydraulic jack help needed

Hello all, Some years ago I bought a 3 ton hydraulic floor jack form Sam's
club.  The manufacturer's label has long ago disappeared and now the pump
shaft seal is leaking.  ( must have lifted a few too many LBC's and caught a
leak infection). I was wondering if anyone out there in MG land owns a jack
like mine and could supply the make and model of this thing so I can get a
new seal for it.  I think it is an Allied brand but Allied won't talk to me
without a model number.  Thanks, Don Walton
