non-lbc problem update

Seems the solenoid was the bugger. Removed, cleaned up some connections and
re-installed, started right up!!! Think there were two problems instead of
one related. Thanks to all that offered advice & gave me two things, a basic
knowledge of motorcycles & an opportunity to show my neighbor how great this
list is!! Even to poor spelars!! :-)
