A big thanks to everyone who's emailed me recently with advice etc on the
work I've been doing on the MGA. I had the fuel pump checked out today on a
test rig at SU Midel as it was making a bizarre dddrrriinnging noise, was
fine in the end. Also refilled the diff, what a job no space in there, did
it with a small plastic syringe. Arggh, how long did that take me?! <G> Is
there a better way Grasshopper? <G> Will be ready to tune the carbs tonight
as the brake line install and handbrake cable install went faultlessly.
Brake pedal pressure seems superb, and the handbrake is spot on. Just got to
reinstall the fuel pump, tune the carbs and away we go!!! Bathurst here I
come! Some big Healey races on at the weekend that I don't want to miss.
