The kids next door are nuts about my Mini. They are around 14 & 17. They
have managed to resuscitate an old motorbike that was rusting away in
the back lot, so I think they may make good LBC-people one day. Hardly a
day goes by without some kid telling me, "I'm going to have one of those
some day" (referring to the Victor TF or the Mini).

When I was 19, I bought a TC. I fixed abd drove it for about four months
before State Farm Insurance got cold feet and cancelled me (under 21,
RHD car, sports car, foreign car, red paint job). The TC left me in much
better shape than it arrived in. Another 19-year-old bought it and
killed himself and the car within two weeks. Some people are LBC folks
and some are not.
