The fans are supposed to blow into the engine compt thru the radiator.If yours are blowing the wrong way it could be someone took them apart and put the motor housings back together 180 out.try taking one apart and rotate the housing 180 degrees and see if it blows the right way,while you are at it lube the bushings and make sure the "c" clips are good mine started squealing once and it was only a "c" clip that had broken and allowed the armature to slide foward.
