Two ways to do it. First way is to remove the sparkplug from the cylinder
and put clothsline rope into the hole, then turn the engine to bring the
cylinder back up to the top. This will keep the valves from falling into
the cylinder. The other method is to get an adaptor from a parts store
that screws into the cylinder, you then fill the cylinder with air and
this will keep the valves from falling back. Once the valves are secured
its just a matter of compressing the spring and removing the collets then
the spring.Check the parts store for the tool to compress the spring with.
