I've used the Wheel Mask set sold by Eastwoods and found them very good.
They are adjustable and I've used them on 10 inch Mini wheels and larger.
They will adjust up to at least a 15 inch wheel. They are simply flat,
flexible steel about three inches deep and virtually eliminate all
overspray. They would not be difficult to make if you had the right stock
and a means of cutting it perfectly straight.
