There again, the C's were probably set up as such because of the larger
displacement engine, theoretically having a better low end torque curve, even
though this is arguable with the C. But, you're right, the bulk of C's here
also are wire wheel and o/d. I knew of one C with OE steel wheels and an
automatic. And it was a roadster! At any rate, o/d boxes are a commodity
here and the first question almost everyone asks me is "do you have any
overdrives?". Of course, something is worth what you can get out of it, but
I have seen them go for as high as $700, greasy on the floor!
