Tightness is not required. I once overtightened the castelated nut on my TD (same front suspension) and the bracket fell apart. Screw on the castelated nut as far as it will go and secure with pin. As I was rebuilding the front suspension, I installed > polyurethane bushings in the A-arms. Trouble is, I can't get any idea > of how tight to make them. Does anyone know? |
