Regarding hardtops--In Maryland it is said that if you don't like the
weather just wait a minute. In winter particularly we are prone to long
bouts of rain and damp gray weather so I purchased a hard top for my 72
B and cruised right through until April when I ceremoniously removed it
to begin the top down season. I am pleased with its performance in our
Mid Atlantic winters. Its an original (mfg?) I obtained for $400 in
good condition except for some scratches in the gel coat that I hope to
repair (advice is welcome).
This is my first post to this group although I have been reading posts
for some time--my congratulations to all for an informative and
friendly list.
Regards,
Dan
