Insurance question

I recently received my new insurance policy.  I hadn't really paid much 
attention until now, but I noticed I have the "Agreed Value" type.  Is this 
the good type to have?  I remember reading about the two types, "stated" and 
"agreed" and can't remember which is the better one?

If this is not the one to have, anybody got a better company to contact?
