Maybe. After loosing the pinch bolt nut (to the end of the thread of the
bolt for the nut) on the clamping plate - WITHOUT disturbing said dizzy =
take a fat bladed flat blade screwdriver and pivot the clamping plate open.
Retighten inorder to check that the timing has not changed dramatically.
Undo nut enough for dizzy to turn.
At square one (hopefully).
