Electronic Ignition problems 77 MGB

Hello Again.... ARGH
So far:
I have replaced the electronic Allison XR700 module with a Crane XR700
The coil has been replaced.
The ballast was relatively new (less than 1 yr.)
I get a power reading on the pos. side of the coil, none on the neg. side of 
the 
coil.
At the ballast there are power readings 
BUT STILL NO SPARK!
