Jack parts

Hi list, I took my jack apart to powder coat and know its time to put it
back together. I feel I am missing a part but not quite sure. The main
shaft falls through a hole on the top where ther is a
thick washer, on top of the washer fits a small ball bearing and then the
gear piece, finally the jack lid. Is there by any chance I am missing a
locking washer? TIA ENrique.
