When I did it, I actually used a 20cc syringe and some twist on tubing.
Same method as John. Pull from bottle, push in tranny. Slow but effective.
Not too messy, either. I use the same method for filling the ZS dashpot.

I just changed my fluid and I used a hand pump. It looks like a giant
syringe. You suck the fluid out of the bottle and then pump into into the
