One thing to remember folks
"Hardware" fasteners are at best ungraded. (read unknown quality). They
are fine for the DIY projects around the house, but frankly leave a LOT
to be desired when it comes to holding a car together.
Personal opinion; any thing less than SAE Grade 5 is begging for
trouble, and Grade 5 fasteners only belong on non-critical components
(ie. body fasteners, etc)
For suspensions, frames, etc, I'll accept no less than grade 8. And
prefer NAS when I can get them.
Engine bolts, nuts and washers, either OEM or aftermarket "upgrade" such
as ARP are well worth the little extra money, if nothing else for your
piece of mind.
