By no means an expert here but the 6 vs 12 sides should refer to the #
of sides inside the ring end. ie-flats. The 6 sided should be the more
expensive but also the better of the two because the face of the wrench
will sit square on each flat, not just grabbing the corners as a 12
sider would. Thus less likely to strip. YMMV.

Hi list, I took a look at the Kobalt tools web site and I am impressed
by
the finish quality. I have made my mind about this brand but on the dual
wrenches I must pick 6 or 12 sided. Any advice on the advantages of
either
