The bonnet I am working on has a few corrosion pits. One looks to be all the way through. Most of them are 1/8" or less diameter at the surface. What should I do about these? Should I just dump some Bondo on top and be happy? How should I clean them? Has anyone used that aluminum brazing rod you are supposed to be able to use with a propane torch? Would this be the best material to fill the pits? Are you sick of me yet? Regards, Bill Eastman Still a 61 MGA |
