Dennis, for the rubber bumpers,
I had great success in sanding the bumpers with 600 and then 1000 wet
sandpaper.
After sanding, dry and paint with mar-hyde satin black trim coat, or
whatever you have.
make sure it is made for trim, esp rubber bumpers , make sure it is a
flexible paint.
Mine turned out great.
