Only the front wheels locked up with the mysterious problem. On their own
they also freed up with no additional problems. I did change all three
rubber lines, the two front ones last year and the rear one two weeks ago.
I suppose one of the front ones could have collapsed, but the problem would
not have went away if that was the case.

My message may have been confusing because I also said in the e-mail that
with the last mc I put in I could lock all 4 brakes up meaning now they all
worked.

Someone mentioned the brake light switch may have been the problem, but it
was adjusted to far out at the time because the brake lights were on all the
time.

I don't like mysteries unsolved, but everything seems to be working now, so
this one may remain unsolved for awhile.

|Hello Ray,
|
|Are all four wheels locking, or only one? When this happened to our MGA, it
|was an internally deteriorating flex. brake hose. Did you change brake
|hoses?
