Dan, I bought mine at Checker/Shucks/Cragen.  I had to wait a day (or drive
to the warehouse to pick it up).  I cost $30.95 about 1.5 years ago.  My MC
is on my 1969 B tandem, non-servo.

At the time I was looking many parts stores wanted over one hundred dollars.
