Buying '79 B

I am about to purchase a '79 B.
The car is white with black interior.  PO says he bought it after
driving by it every day for a month.  He replaced suspension, brakes,
hood, had some body work and got it painted, new carpet, some new trim
for the interior.  As far as I can tell, NO RUST.  He seemed confident
about the vehicle, and he wants $4300 us dollars.  Does this sound fair?
Anything I should look out for?
