Mark, I suggest you contact one of us here in CT, Mike Robson, Bob Howard or
myself directly. We can steer you to an MG shop in one part of the state or
another to help you get through.
I only failed one emission test with my '80 B during the 5 years I drove it.
And, that was because they lowered the limits from the previous year, and
one of my elec fans was dead. I replaced tha fan & had Bob Wanta (Bob's
Foreign Auto) set the car up and then I drove directly to the test station.
It passed.
