New Webpage

Hey.

I redesigned my webpage today, adding a frame, but it is still in the
development stages. The regular link, www.start.at/mg will still work but
take you to the old page. Not too much content revision, mostly cosmetic.
Give me some feedback on the new look (I really like the new
title--"Octagonally Challenged") and I might put it up as the main page. The
links section has probably near the most MG Enthusiast links on the net. I
have about 100 more to add, too.
