Lonn; I have a '70BGT also built in 12/69, it has a GH engine, aluminum
bonnet. The zerk fitting was only used on very early B's IMHO. I wondered
about the evaporative controls also, I can find no evidence of a cannister
or lines.
My GT did have a air pump at one time. The poly line at the fuel pump is
probably the vent for the original SU pump. My car number is 194439,maybe we
have long lost brothers or sisters ?
