Well, 
If I had to miss the bid, I certainly hope it went to someone here on
our list!
Been bidding for a NOS pair of back-mounted fog lamps that I saw on
Ebay. Even bid over the reserve to seal the deal and what happens, right
at the last second I get outbid by $2.50! Went for $202.50.
Will be better prepared next time.
