Starter - 73B - Help

When starting the B, I get a single click from the starter solenoid.  Turn
the key a few times (single click each time), then it will start.  Although
I had to push start it the other day =<

I replaced the starter and also cleaned the fuse box, connections, and
starter relay (didn't open it up).  But, same problem.

Thoughts, appreciated.
