SU conversion for 79 MGB

Hello!

I'm thinking of converting my Weber DGV equipped MGB to a dual HS-4 setup.
My main reasons for doing are because I'm not very happy with my Weber, and
I found a set of the carbs along with heat shield and intake manifold for
$175.

Right now I have a stock head and a stainless tubular header.

Has anyone done this? What else will I need? Is this a bad idea? Can anyone
recommend a good place to have the carbs rebuilt?
