Hi All, Anybody got any thoughts on a clunk from the gearbox as the clutch pedal is released. It really feels/sounds bad. This only happens upshifting (all gears) and not downshifting. The u-joints feel OK and there's not that much slop in the differential. Is a gearbox rebuild in my future. Has it got something to do with engine thrust washers. Thanks. Any comments are appreciated. This is a 1500 Midget, BTW. Regards, Adrian = |
